Position Overview:

We are in search of a talented and imaginative Multimedia Production Expert to enhance our content creation efforts. This role is pivotal in crafting visually captivating and impactful video materials. The ideal candidate will be adept in conceptualizing narratives, overseeing production processes, and executing video edits. A strong foundation in video editing and a comprehensive grasp of videography principles are essential. This role demands a commitment to quality and a proactive approach to project management, ensuring adherence to timelines and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to brainstorm concepts, develop storylines, and outline video production strategies.
  • Plan and execute video shoots for diverse internal and external stakeholders, including interviews, b-roll, live events, and testimonials.
  • Utilize professional video equipment to capture high-quality footage, ensuring optimal lighting, sound, and composition.
  • Edit and refine video content using industry-standard software to produce polished, on-brand videos tailored to client specifications.
  • Oversee post-production activities, including file management, editing, color correction, audio mixing, and the integration of visual effects or graphics as needed.
  • Create both short- and long-form videos suitable for various platforms, including websites and social media.
  • Ensure all videos align with brand guidelines and deadlines while effectively managing and prioritizing incoming projects.
  • Analyze video performance metrics to enhance future content strategies.
  • Engage with a diverse team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional work and eager to learn.
  • Maintain relationships with external production agencies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in videography and video editing.
  • Ensure the proper maintenance and organization of video equipment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in film studies, cinematography, or a related discipline.
  • 6-8 years of experience in video editing or videography.
  • Proficient in operating various video production and editing tools, including DSLR/mirrorless cameras, audio equipment, and stabilizers.
  • Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and camera techniques.
  • Creative storytelling skills with the ability to translate concepts into visually engaging content.
  • Willingness to travel for on-location shoots as necessary.
  • Ability to handle and rig video equipment.
  • Advanced proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Familiarity with video encoding formats.
  • Expertise in video platforms, including Brightcove.
  • Meticulous attention to visual details.
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with global audiences.
