Position Summary
We are seeking a Personal Care Product Sourcing Expert to enhance our Personal Care division. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with a leading retail team in the conceptualization, development, and production of premium fragrance and personal care items. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in fragrance development and production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development of personal care products from initial concept to market launch.
  • Track and analyze trends within the fragrance industry, providing insights to cross-functional teams.
  • Prepare comprehensive project briefs for top-tier suppliers and fragrance manufacturers.
  • Coordinate product submissions, gather feedback, and manage approvals with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Effectively communicate product vision and development updates to various teams.
  • Conduct and manage performance testing for all products.
  • Ensure that project management tools accurately reflect project specifics.
  • Support consumer testing initiatives.
  • Assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions for products.
  • Facilitate the procurement of raw material quotations.
  • Maintain detailed meeting documentation and provide summaries.
  • Engage regularly with both internal and external partners.
  • Support marketing teams with product naming and copy development.

Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in fragrance development.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong organizational and analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated work ethic and meticulous attention to detail.
