Role Summary
We are seeking a Personal Care Product Sourcing Expert to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our Personal Care division, focusing on the ideation, development, and production of high-quality fragrance and personal care items. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in fragrance development and production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development of personal care products from initial concept to market launch.
  • Analyze fragrance industry trends and share insights with cross-functional teams.
  • Prepare detailed project briefs for leading suppliers and fragrance houses.
  • Coordinate product submissions, feedback, and approvals with both suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Effectively communicate product vision and development status to various teams.
  • Conduct and manage performance testing for all products.
  • Ensure that project tracking tools accurately reflect all project details.
  • Support consumer panel testing initiatives.
  • Assist in implementing corrective and preventative actions for products.
  • Facilitate the procurement of raw material quotations.
  • Maintain comprehensive meeting notes and provide summaries.
  • Engage regularly with both internal and external partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on copy and naming strategies.

Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in fragrance development.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail.
