About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Investigator to join our Asset Protection team at Bath & Body Works. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing, conducting, and resolving complex investigations to protect our brand, people, and property.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough investigations into internal theft, background checks, and cyber-related incidents.
  • Interview witnesses and suspects, and gather evidence to support investigations.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders.
  • Provide expert guidance on corporate investigations and related tools and technologies.
  • Prepare detailed case briefs and recaps, and maintain accurate records of investigations.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in loss prevention, asset protection, law enforcement, or security.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.
  • 10% travel expected.
