Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Services Representative to join our team at Graduate Princeton. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience during their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Greet and welcome guests, respond to inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, handle check-ins and check-outs, and maintain accurate records.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate, prevent, and resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient guest experience.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong attention to detail.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 20 pounds, and move around the hotel as needed.
