Job Summary

Dimension Hospitality is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Representative to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Greet and register guests, assign rooms, and provide room key and instructions as needed.
  • Guest Services: Answer inquiries about hotel services, registration, and local information, and provide recommendations for shopping, dining, and entertainment.
  • Room Management: Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts, and make, confirm, and cancel reservations as needed.
  • Cash Handling: Compute bills, collect payment, and make change for guests, and post charges for room, food, liquor, and other services.
  • Communication: Date-stamp, sort, and rack incoming mail and messages, and transmit and receive messages using hotel equipment.
  • Hotel Policies: Understand and enforce hotel credit policies, and account for all cash and make deposits in accordance with hotel and company policies.
  • Lead Responsibilities: In a lead capacity, take responsibility for assigned employees, assign work, and ensure proper performance of assigned employees.
  • Additional Duties: Make restaurant, transportation, or entertainment reservations for guests, deposit valuables in the hotel safe, and order complimentary items as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 months experience in hospitality, general office, accounts receivable, or customer service.
Working Conditions

This is a part-time position, and the hourly rate is $17.50.
