Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel appreciated and valued.
  • Manage the check-in and check-out processes, handle payments, and issue room keys.

  • Collaborate effectively with other departments to meet guest requests and resolve issues swiftly.

  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security measures.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor’s degree in hospitality or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a customer service capacity, ideally within the hospitality field.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software and reservation systems.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond to a high volume of guest requests.
  • Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must be capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds.
