Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a dynamic Spa Operations Supervisor. The ideal candidate will possess 1–3 years of leadership experience, demonstrating responsibility and a drive for excellence in team performance.

This role is designed for individuals looking for a long-term career with significant opportunities for professional development. While prior experience in the spa industry or sales in a membership-driven environment is advantageous, it is not a mandatory requirement.

Our mission is to deliver a world-class experience to our valued clients, and our Spa Operations Supervisors play a vital role in achieving this goal.

In collaboration with the General Manager, the Spa Operations Supervisor will:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all guests and members.
  • Maintain personal sales performance, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Oversee daily operations at the front desk.
  • Assist the General Manager in managing sales performance by focusing on key metrics.
  • Support the recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training processes.
  • Train, monitor, and coach team performance.
  • Educate members about services and drive sales, including setting sales goals and incentives.
  • Promote products and services with enthusiasm.
  • Handle administrative tasks alongside the General Manager, including reporting and cash management.

  • Proficient in computer systems; experience with retail or appointment booking software is a plus.
  • A strong team player capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Critical thinking skills, including the ability to resolve customer conflicts.
