About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Spa Manager Assistant to join our team at Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales performance, and contributing to the overall success of our spa.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and experiences to all guests and members, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Sales Performance: Maintain personal sales performance, meeting or exceeding expectations, and assist in driving key metrics to achieve sales goals.
  • Operations Management: Oversee and manage daily operations of the front desk, including administrative duties, reporting, and cash handling.
  • Team Management: Assist in the recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training process, as well as train, monitor, and coach performance to ensure team members meet expectations.
  • Membership Education and Sales: Educate members on spa services and products, and drive sales through effective communication and sales techniques.
  • Product Promotion: Passionately promote products and services to guests and members, ensuring a strong understanding of our offerings.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 1-3 years of leadership experience in a spa or membership-based sales environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with guests, members, and team members.
  • Teamwork: A strong team player with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision, with a positive attitude and a passion for driving performance.
  • Computer Skills: Computer proficiency, with knowledge of retail/appointment booking computer systems a plus.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive compensation package designed to reward your contributions and drive your success, including:

  • Base Salary: Enjoy a base hourly rate ranging from $17-$18, tailored to reflect your experience and skills.
  • Bonus: Earn monthly performance bonuses, with the average bonus ranging from $300 to $400 per month, based on individual and team achievements.
  • Commission: Benefit from our uncapped commission structure, providing substantial earning potential based on your sales performance.
