Position Overview

As a key leader in our retail environment, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring both management and hourly staff to ensure exemplary customer service standards are met. This includes:

- **Customer Engagement**: Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service, addressing customer needs, and resolving issues effectively while adhering to company policies.

- **Financial Oversight**: Monitor and drive the financial success of the store by managing budgets, sales, and operational expenses. Collaborate with the management team to implement strategies that enhance financial performance.

- **Community Involvement**: Actively participate in community outreach initiatives, fostering relationships with local organizations and promoting company-sponsored events to strengthen community ties.

- **Operational Excellence**: Set and uphold service standards, ensuring effective merchandise presentation and compliance with quality assurance protocols. Oversee safety and operational reviews to maintain a secure environment.

- **Team Development**: Recruit, train, and mentor associates, providing clear expectations and recognition to cultivate a diverse and inclusive workplace. Conduct regular performance evaluations to support professional growth.

- **Strategic Execution**: Identify operational needs and develop actionable business plans. Remove barriers to performance and provide necessary resources to achieve operational goals.

- **Policy Compliance**: Uphold company policies and ethical standards, ensuring that all associates are trained and compliant with operational guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

- A minimum of 1 year of general management experience with financial accountability.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are advantageous:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.
- Experience supervising a larger team, including performance management responsibilities.
