Job Title: Multilingual Appointment Specialist

SimonMed Imaging is seeking a highly skilled and multilingual appointment specialist to join our team. As a key member of our radiology practice, you will be responsible for scheduling patient appointments, communicating with referring offices, and ensuring seamless patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and reschedule patient appointments at our facilities
  • Communicate with referring offices and sales representatives
  • Maintain accurate patient demographic and insurance information
  • Ensure patients are cleared for diagnostic tests
  • Collect and enter patient information as needed
Requirements:
  • High school diploma and 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of insurance plans
