Job Title: Multilingual Radiology Specialist

SimonMed Imaging MSO, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Multilingual Radiology Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for scheduling patient appointments, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients and referring physicians.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and reschedule patient appointments at our facilities
  • Maintain accurate patient records and demographic information
  • Communicate effectively with patients, referring physicians, and other healthcare professionals
  • Ensure patients have been cleared for diagnostic tests and procedures
  • Collect and enter patient insurance information as needed
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2 years of experience in a healthcare or administrative setting
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of insurance plans
