Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiology Technician II Lead to join our team at HCA Houston Healthcare Medical Center. As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the work of radiology technicians, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of radiology technicians, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of patient care.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with the clinical manager and director to develop and implement policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and education to radiology technicians on new procedures and technologies.
  • Conduct scheduling and coordination of work flow for the radiology department.
  • Ensure that there is an adequate supply of materials available.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited Radiography program or equivalent.
  • MRT in State of Texas, ARRT required.
  • BLS required.
  • Three years' experience preferred.
