Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receiver to join our team at 99 Ranch Market. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth receipt and processing of vendor and internal shipments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving and Inspection: Inspect incoming shipments to ensure products meet quality and regulatory standards.
  • Damage and Defect Identification: Identify damaged or mislabeled products and follow established procedures for return to vendors.
  • Inventory Management: Organize products in designated areas according to receiving procedures.
  • Inventory System Management: Input, update, and modify purchase orders, labeling, storage information, and product logging data through our internal inventory system and HACCP.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, reporting potential risks to management as needed.
  • Inventory Coordination: Collaborate with merchandising managers to monitor inventory deliveries.
Requirements:
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience as a receiver in a retail setting is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Good computer skills, communication skills, and time management.
  • Personality Traits: Detail-oriented, active listening, and critical thinking personality.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25+ lbs objects.
  • Availability: Accommodate to flexible work schedule including weekends.
