Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated Radiology Technologist Lead to join our team. As a Radiology Technologist Lead, you will be responsible for the provision of Radiology Services, including Diagnostic Radiology, MRI, and CT services. You will coordinate work schedules with the Departmental Director and/or scheduling desk to ensure workload coverage.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Radiology Services, including Diagnostic Radiology, MRI, and CT services.
- Coordinate work schedules with the Departmental Director and/or scheduling desk to ensure workload coverage.
- Act as interim manager in the absence of the Clinical Manager and/or Director.
- Perform a variety of tasks involved in operating x-ray equipment to make radiographs of designated body portions.
- Adjust equipment for proper radiographic exposure techniques in accordance with radiation safety guidelines.
- Be responsible for proper use of Radiology Information Systems and understand and use CR/PACS systems.
- Graduate from an accredited Radiography program or equivalent is required.
- MRT in the State of Texas is required.
- ARRT is required.
- American Heart Association BLS certification is required.
- One year of experience as a Radiology Technologist is preferred.
