About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Account Manager to join our team at Amazon, focusing on building and maintaining strategic relationships with our top ISV (Independent Software Vendor) partners. As a key member of our cloud partnerships team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and executing go-to-market strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, engineering, IT/operations, and sales teams at our top ISV partners.
  • Business Growth Strategy: Collaborate with our sales, product, and alliances teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive revenue growth and customer adoption.
  • Customer Advocacy: Work closely with our customers to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their business objectives.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with our extended resources, including executives, partner teams, and support teams, to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of direct sales or business development experience in software, cloud, or SaaS markets, with a proven track record of selling to C-level executives.
  • 5+ years of experience building profitable partner ecosystems, with a strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and customer needs.
