Job Summary

We are seeking an Associate Business Manager to join our team at Advantage Solutions. This role will collaborate with Business Managers, Senior Leadership, and external Clients to execute and achieve growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships within the retailers' Private Label/Own Brand team and understand their priorities and strategies.
  • Work with supplier partners and retailers to execute new item launches, label updates, and reformulations of products.
  • Build and maintain business relationships with supplier partners and retailers.
  • Manage supplier/client sales and revenue, negotiate brokerage rates, and contract management.
  • Facilitate and drive projects through the process, identifying potential risks and solutions.
  • Manage the private label product development process and timeline with the retailer and suppliers from ideation to shelf.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Account or Brand Management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Conflict management and decision-making skills.
  • Strong prioritizing skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
