Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of a single Domino's store, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
  • Provide leadership and supervision to store staff, including training, development, and performance management.
  • Ensure that all store operations are conducted in accordance with Domino's Pizza LLC policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of quality, customer service, and food safety.
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with other store managers and corporate teams to share best practices and implement company-wide initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of one year of prior General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment.
  • Understand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities.
  • Experience in recruiting, retaining, and developing multiple employees and pizza operation experiences preferable.
  • Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.).
  • Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
