Position Summary:

Thibaut Design is in search of a skilled Financial Analyst to bolster the Finance and Analytics Department. This pivotal role involves conducting advanced analytics and generating reports for senior executives, the Board of Directors, private equity groups, and banking partners. A key responsibility will be managing data for essential financial reporting packages required by these stakeholders.

The Financial Analyst will significantly contribute to the execution of Thibaut's growth strategy by developing and maintaining financial models, performing various financial analyses, and generating reports that support leadership in making informed, data-driven decisions. Additionally, the Analyst will assist in implementing various strategic initiatives, including potential organic growth projects, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate executive operational KPI reports and cash flow forecasts.
  • Conduct due diligence for acquisitions and assess quality of earnings as necessary.
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Create internal materials for senior leadership and the board that analyze historical and projected business trends, capital market trends, and the financial implications of potential strategic alternatives.
  • Develop and maintain detailed financial projection models and analyses for significant projects and initiatives, including acquisition activities.
  • Produce weekly and monthly operational KPI reports for the executive team.
  • Prepare weekly cash flow forecasts.
  • Perform additional ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required.
  • Manage data necessary for producing consolidated financial statements for reporting to the Board of Directors, private equity sponsors, and banking partners.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required; MBA is preferred.

· A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as an accountant, auditor, or financial analyst.

· Strong understanding of finance and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), along with proficiency in systems analysis methodologies, particularly in big data analysis.

· Proficient in MS Office applications.

· Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

· Knowledge of project management principles.

· Prior experience in financial analysis supporting private equity sponsors is preferred.

· Advanced Excel skills are essential, including the ability to develop financial projection models and work with large datasets.

· Familiarity with Infor Syteline and NetSuite is advantageous.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy is required.

· Proficiency in Power BI is preferred.

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across various departments.

· Ability to maintain highly confidential and detailed records.
