At Keller Executive Search, we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to drive business growth in Phoenix, Arizona.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience. As an HR Director, you will be responsible for discovering new prospects, transforming them into esteemed clients, and forming synergies with HR leaders among large, strategic prospects.

Your primary role will encompass crafting strategic business and account blueprints to optimize revenue from new clients by catering to their unique needs and opportunities within the assigned scope.

You will embody a distinctive authority in Talent Management and/or Assessment, casting a visible and influential imprint across the business spectrum.

Responsibilities:

  • Crafting strategic business and account blueprints to optimize revenue from new clients.
  • Selling integrated solutions to address complex business challenges.
  • Manifesting an in-depth acumen across your specialist category.
  • Sustaining and growing long-term relationships for new and cross-sell business ventures.
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders to propel accounts and associated projects.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in account management, particularly in large strategic account management.
  • Proven track record in developing new business and nurturing client relationships.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, creativity, and a thorough understanding of account challenges.
  • Significant experience in Digital SaaS consultative selling and pre/post-sales activities.
  • Expertise in Talent Management and/or Assessment & Selection.
