Job Title: Growth Marketing Manager

At Daily Harvest, we're seeking a talented Growth Marketing Manager to join our Performance Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing e-commerce performance marketing strategies across our direct-to-consumer platform and third-party platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize a high-performing growth engine by identifying and scaling profitable acquisition strategies
  • Manage growth across our DTC platform and third-party platforms, including Amazon and Target+
  • Develop strategic plans, use analytics to inform decisions, and drive execution to optimize a significant marketing budget against company goals
  • Manage multiple agencies, holding them to high standards and collaboratively partnering with them to strategize and execute against company KPIs
  • Have accountability of a substantial marketing budget and oversee all paid media spend
  • Own the full funnel marketing strategy, from creative and audience targeting to media placement and landing page optimization
  • Collaborate with teams spanning Performance Marketing, Creative, Brand Management, Strategy & Insights, Product, and Retail functions
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of growth marketing experience with a focus on hybrid DTC/Amazon/3PL businesses
  • Hands-on channel management experience across a broad spectrum of media channels
  • Obsessed with growth marketing strategy and not above getting into the weeds
  • A proven track record in scaling brands and robust playbook of available optimization and growth levers
  • Substantial experience working with performance marketing metrics
  • 2+ years of direct growth marketing agency management experience
  • Experience collaborating with external vendors and internal stakeholders outside of the performance marketing team
  • Project management experience and ability to see complex projects from beginning to end
  • The ability to use reporting and analytics to drive strategy and execute key initiatives
