About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our team at Justworks. As a key member of our Growth Marketing team, you'll be responsible for driving user acquisition and generating revenue through strategic partnerships and triggered programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and optimize a comprehensive integrated marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth
  • Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with high-value affiliate partners, influencers, and content creators to expand our affiliate network and drive traffic and conversions
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to maximize ROI and optimize campaigns
  • Establish SLAs with sales partners to ensure marketing and sales are working in lock-step to generate pipeline and accelerate pipeline to close
  • Partner with the content team to develop compelling and authentic content that resonates with our community and supports affiliate marketing efforts
  • Identify and test new growth opportunities within affiliate marketing and other emerging channels, leveraging data-driven insights to scale successful initiatives
  • Work closely with Product Marketing, Content, Creative, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align growth marketing strategies with overall business objectives
  • Oversee and manage the budget for affiliate marketing and other key initiatives, ensuring cost-effective growth and maximizing return on investment
Requirements
  • A minimum of 7+ years overall marketing experience, with at least 3+ years experience in B2B
  • Experience managing complex integrated campaigns that integrate marketing and sales activities
  • Strong experience with presenting to sales and marketing leaders and distilling complex analysis into essential considerations that support decision making
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with ability to create, work and summarize large data sets into clear insights that inform decisions
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, demonstrated experience briefing senior leaders on outcomes & recommendations
