Job Summary:

NextGen Solutions Corporation, a leading provider of IT staff augmentation services, is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and guidance on the implementation and maintenance of Oracle Cloud ERP systems, with a focus on the Procure to Pay process area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level support and guidance on the implementation and maintenance of Oracle Cloud ERP systems, with a focus on the Procure to Pay process area.
  • Work closely with internal departments and external resources to plan, design, and implement financial systems solutions.
  • Formulate and define system scope and objectives based on user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements.
  • Develop and maintain business process requirements analysis in support of Oracle Cloud ERP and related applications.
  • Provide application support for business users and assist in identifying and implementing various software solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external resources to identify and address business process improvements and implement changes related to implementing a new business solution.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge transfer of business requirements to application developers.
  • Provide feedback on design specifications developed by other analysts and assist in reviewing design documents.
  • Support testing and conduct training as needed.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of Business Analyst experience.
  • 12+ years of Software Development Lifecycle experience.
  • 12+ years of requirements gathering and documentation experience.
  • 12+ years of Microsoft Excel/Word/Visio/PowerPoint experience.
  • 12+ years of Oracle Financials EBS/Cloud Suite experience.
  • 12+ years of experience working as an Oracle Functional Subject Matter Expert/SME in Procure to Pay Process Area.
  • 8+ years of experience with month-end and year-end closing and reconciliation in Procure to Pay Process Area.
  • Demonstrable expertise within the Oracle Cloud ERP suite.
  • Experience with Public Sector implementation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CPA Certification.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business, Accounting or related field.

Language: English (en-US)
