Custom Software Systems Inc. (CSS) is in search of a Workday Consultant to support the Technology Services' ERP Cloud Oversight & Security team in maintaining and enhancing security protocols for various ERP Cloud applications, including Workday and Coupa. The ideal candidate will offer technical proficiency in security access management, compliance with regulations, security policy formulation, and application-level security adherence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define key performance indicators in collaboration with client project sponsors and executives, advising program leadership on configurations and designs to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Be accountable to the Program Management team for delivering change requests and project success reporting, while ensuring effective communication with project stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience leading enterprise programs, with at least 4 years in specialized roles.
  • Experience in implementing Workday or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems from inception to deployment.
  • Ability to provide guidance and direction on tasks similar to those outlined in the Statement of Work.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • System Configuration: Configure and maintain Core HCM and Role-Based/User-Based Security to align with organizational requirements.
  • Compliance: Stay informed about compliance requirements relevant to the module to ensure processes and workflows adhere to local laws, making necessary system adjustments as regulations change.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports and analytics related to module information for insights or audit purposes, providing recommendations for process improvements.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve discrepancies, errors, and escalated employee inquiries promptly.
  • Testing and Upgrades: Collaborate with the PSO and ERP Solutions Delivery Team to participate in system testing and upgrades, ensuring relevant modules function effectively.
  • Training and Support: Partner to educate end-users and stakeholders on utilizing various functionalities within the modules effectively, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Integration: Work with other teams to understand the needs of differing HRIS Analysts, HR Users, People Leaders, or End Users to ensure smooth process flow.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously identify opportunities to streamline and enhance module processes, proposing and implementing improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy.
  • Security: Oversee the configuration of role and user-based security assignments across the organization to ensure proper application of domains and data objects, enabling users to perform their roles while safeguarding data protection specifications.
  • Lead requirement gathering for custom configurations and integrations, advising clients on the downstream impacts of such changes.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification in a core Workday functional area (HCM, Financials, etc.).
  • 3+ years of experience in Workday implementation.

Possess excellent functional knowledge of Workday Security.
