Office Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Sigma. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including processing accounts payable and expense reimbursements, preparing invoices, and managing inventory and company funds.
Key Responsibilities- Process accounts payable and expense reimbursements, including checks and money orders, and review cost and inventory accuracy between SAP and High Jump systems.
- Prepare invoices, submit customer claims, enter credit memos, promotions, and open deductions, and issue bill back credit.
- Manage inventory and company funds, including route settlement and petty cash, and reconcile petty cash expenditures.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs, including fleet maintenance repairs, and review, file, and maintain fleet reports.
- Support marketing department to ship samples sourcing coolers and dry ice.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish reading, writing, and speaking.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of experience in bookkeeping, AR, AP, route cash settlement, inventory controls, and fleet controls.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- SAP ERP modules FI, CO, MM, PM experience.
The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Sigma offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
