About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Sigma. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including processing accounts payable and expense reimbursements, preparing invoices, and managing inventory and company funds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process accounts payable and expense reimbursements, including checks and money orders, and review cost and inventory accuracy between SAP and High Jump systems.
  • Prepare invoices, submit customer claims, enter credit memos, promotions, and open deductions, and issue bill back credit.
  • Manage inventory and company funds, including route settlement and petty cash, and reconcile petty cash expenditures.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs, including fleet maintenance repairs, and review, file, and maintain fleet reports.
  • Support marketing department to ship samples sourcing coolers and dry ice.
Requirements
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish reading, writing, and speaking.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of experience in bookkeeping, AR, AP, route cash settlement, inventory controls, and fleet controls.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • SAP ERP modules FI, CO, MM, PM experience.
Benefits and Compensation
