The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills. A minimum of one to three years of experience in logistics or a related field is required, along with basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and job-specific software applications.

As a Logistics Coordinator Senior, you will play a critical role in maintaining the smooth operation of our logistics department. You will be responsible for serving as a single point of coordination between customers, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and other government agencies to ensure service commitments are achieved and maintained.

You will also provide excellent and timely customer service by proactively informing clients of the status of their shipments. Additionally, you will process documentation for assigned accounts, obtain releases and arranging receiving or delivery, and ensure invoicing for services is completed accurately.

  • Servicing an assigned base of accounts, coordinating activities to ensure seamless logistics operations
  • Performing initial reviews and advising supervisors of any problems or irregularities discovered within assigned transactions
  • Managing pre-alerts daily to determine whether freight is arriving as expected and ocean documents are received within time standard specified

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including Paid Time Off, 401(k), health insurance, and employee discounts on various retail brands.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED, Associates Degree preferred. The selected individual will thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with a diverse team to deliver outstanding results.
