Job Title: Office Operations Specialist

We are looking for an Office Operations Specialist to support our operations team at Sigma. This role involves providing administrative assistance, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process inventory and company funds, including route settlement and petty cash reconciliation.
  • Prepare customer statements and follow up on open balances.
  • Coordinate with the Accounting department to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Assist the Marketing department in preparing marketing materials and shipping samples.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish reading, writing, and speaking.

The successful candidate will have one year of experience in office administration, preferably in a similar industry. Familiarity with SAP ERP modules FI, CO, MM, PM is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is also required.

Sigma offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience. We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
