Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will collaborate with foremen and superintendents to ensure work plans are tracked and analyzed to maximize efficiency in field operations. Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing, maintaining, and reporting daily quantities installed and performed.
  • Analyzing and comparing budgeted vs actual production rates and yield in materials.
  • Performing quantity take-offs from plans and contrasting weekly field quantities and plan quantities.
  • Assisting in the development of Work Activity Plans.
  • Providing monthly quantity reports for verification of owner quantities and monthly billing.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Proficiency in operating Primavera 3 and 6, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint is also required. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. Ability to multitask, be self-starting, and have a passion for construction and quality work is a must. Estimated Salary: $77,500 - $97,500 per year
