Job Summary

Indus Hospitality Group is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling room assignments, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in room assignments and billing.
  • Manage guest requests, including room changes, wake-up calls, and other special requests.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide guests with personalized recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel software systems.
