Job Title: Hotel Front Desk Supervisor

Indus Hospitality Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Assist the Guest Service Manager in training and mentoring front office staff members.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including processing accounts receivable and handling guest billing issues.
  • Manage front office operations, including check-in and check-out services, room availability, and van services.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the front office and lobby areas.
  • Collaborate with staff to achieve high levels of cooperation and service excellence.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in hotel front office operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel software.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
