Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our team at Davidson Hospitality. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will play a crucial role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Efficiently handle check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Offer information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
  • Process guest payments and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
  • Assist in administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls and handling reservations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior cash handling experience necessary
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Very good computer skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in customer service is preferred
  • Knowledge of hotel or resort operations is a plus
