Job Title: Hotel Front Desk Supervisor

Indus Hospitality Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading and training front office staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's front desk.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Lead and train front office staff, including front desk and night audit, to ensure they are providing high-quality service and meeting the hotel's standards.
  • Assist the Guest Service Manager with administrative tasks, such as daily and weekly reports, accounts receivable, and guest billing issues.
  • Perform check-in and check-out services, process sales transactions, and secure accurate payment.
  • Be knowledgeable of hotel services and aggressively sell them to guests.
  • Facilitate and maintain communication and collaboration with staff to achieve high levels of cooperation and service excellence.
Requirements:
  • Experience in hotel front office operations and basic computer skills.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Ability to effectively read, write, and speak English.
  • Must be able to provide, receive, and comprehend verbal and written instructions and information.
  • Must present an appropriate public presence in grooming, dress, poise, and social etiquette.
