Key Responsibilities:

Assess new clients' insurance requirements, evaluate insurance risks, review existing coverage, understand long-term objectives, and analyze financial situations through personalized consultations to deliver an exceptional experience that surpasses expectations.


  • Deliver courteous and professional customer service during the onboarding process for new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients, which includes scheduling appointments, responding to inquiries, determining insurance eligibility, processing claims, and addressing billing and policy questions.
  • Ensure all documentation is current while managing records and bookkeeping efficiently.
