Key Responsibilities:- Manage the financial outcomes of the branch to ensure sales objectives are met.

- Review existing company policies, propose enhancements, and implement new regulations for the branch as needed.
- Ensure that all ethical and legal compliance standards are adhered to by staff during the handling of insurance claims investigations.
- Recruit, train, develop, and supervise high-potential insurance agents to drive client acquisition and boost sales performance.
- Possession of an active insurance agent license in your state.
- In-depth understanding of contemporary insurance types, plans, products, policies, requirements, laws, and regulations.
- A minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role within the insurance sector.
- Bachelor's degree in finance or business administration.
- Exceptional management, leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
