Responsibilities
  • Utilize exceptional relationship-building skills to establish trust with clients and ensure retention and product loyalty.
  • Present and clarify insurance policy options based on client needs and personal objectives.
  • Advise clients on appropriate insurance policies tailored to their needs and goals. Effectively close sales.
  • Seek new business opportunities by following up on sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, warm leads, internet leads, cold-calling, and lead databases.
  • Maintain phone time or sales quotas set by management and increase sales revenue through phone, email, and potential client lists.

Requirements
  • Candidate must possess an active Georgia Property and Casualty License and prior sales experience.
  • Life Insurance License is preferred.
  • Self-motivated individual who can work independently to achieve targets and prioritize tasks throughout the day.
  • Set and pursue performance goals to meet or exceed targets, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Communicate effectively through written and verbal means, both with clients and team members, to provide clear, concise, and informative responses.
