Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate essential information and prepare customs documentation, determine HS codes, and create pro-forma invoices for international shipments.
  • Utilize computing systems to input data related to goods receipts/issues into an ERP system.
  • Perform various administrative tasks such as document filing, order tracking, collaborating with business partners, and data entry into the ERP system.
  • Oversee and manage accounts, identifying and resolving logistics challenges as they arise.
  • Maintain documentation related to logistics processes in accordance with the company's quality control standards.
  • Track and reconcile inventory on a daily/monthly basis, identifying and addressing discrepancies, and suggesting process enhancements.
  • Support the import/export logistics process, including Incoterms and related customs entry procedures.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and analyses as required.
  • Maintain an internal export license database, ensuring compliance with license conditions and reporting requirements.
  • Support compliance policies, including visitor processing and restricted party screening.
  • Engage with shipping personnel to resolve issues concerning export shipments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the department manager.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Proficient in logistics software or transport management systems (Experience with SAP / GTS preferred).
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain management.
  • Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics principles is desirable.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is a plus.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented with excellent writing, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to a dynamic work environment.

Compensation:

Our compensation structure reflects the labor costs across various U.S. geographic markets, with pay differing based on defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $70,000 - $96,000, varying by work location and dependent on job-related skills and experience.
