Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Territory Sales Manager to lead our sales and project management efforts in the assigned territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales and project management professionals to ensure effective execution of sales and project management initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales and project management initiatives.
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and business plans to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and project management, preferably in the construction or building management industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with frequent travel to customer sites and meetings. The candidate must be able to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
