Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Strategic Pricing to join our team at SBM Management Services, LP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pricing strategy, commercialization, and business development, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Pricing Strategies: Design and execute pricing strategies that align with our business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Commercialization and Business Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement commercialization strategies, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
  • Proposal Development and Management: Support the development and management of proposals, including content design, development, and review, to ensure compliance with client requirements and win strategies.
  • Business Case Development: Build business cases for changing business models, including market analysis, financial projections, and risk assessments.
  • Marketing and Demand Creation: Develop and direct marketing programs to create demand, generate leads, and track lead management.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, to gain an understanding of win strategies and ensure the response clearly conveys the proper business perspective, key messages, value proposition, and differentiators against our competition.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or equivalent years of experience in Pricing and Business Development.
  • Experience: Five (5) years of additional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
  • Skills: Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles, excellent organizational and leadership abilities, great communication skills, and the ability to work cooperatively and effectively with key stakeholders.
  • Qualifications: Understand company service offerings, experience, and capabilities, and possess a strong understanding of the industry and market trends.
Compensation

$125,000 - $135,000 per year
