Human Resources Director
Join us in the exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in steering the growth of a health organization. As the Human Resources Director, you will be at the forefront of organizational development, strategically forecasting human resource needs, and ensuring that our workforce aligns seamlessly with the strategic initiatives of this healthcare institution. Additionally, as the Human Resources Director you will be involved in budget planning, performance evaluations, training and mentoring HR department staff. This position reports to the Chief Executive Officer.
Location: Western US
Shift: Weekdays
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
- Masters’ degree, preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience, in acute care
- 5+ years of experience of Director level leadership, strongly preferred.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP strongly preferred.
- Experience designing, implementing, and managing the organization’s staffing budget as well as the budget of the HR Department, required.
- Thorough knowledge of employment related laws and regulations, state and federal, required.
