In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing security operations, ensuring the integrity of essential systems, and providing strategic leadership to your team under the direction of the Senior Director of Security Infrastructure Engineering and Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operational activities.
  • Guarantee the effective operation of security infrastructure on a global scale.
  • Coordinate efforts to facilitate smooth organizational processes.
  • Lead a team responsible for production activities and equipment upkeep.
  • Uphold security protocols with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Contribute to the advancement of the Cyber Security initiative.
  • Harmonize security practices with organizational culture.
  • Implement endpoint security measures across cloud services.
  • Serve as a primary contact for operational challenges.
  • Address and resolve technical service issues and incidents.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with service management and incident response frameworks.
  • Over 5 years of experience in IT operational support.
  • Expertise in building, deploying, and troubleshooting within cloud environments.
  • Solid understanding of networking principles and perimeter security.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, Ruby, etc.
  • Experience in leading teams in dynamic environments.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication capabilities.

Haleon provides a competitive Total Reward package that includes a comprehensive 401(k) plan, paid parental leave, and healthcare benefits. The compensation for this position ranges from $135,869 to $186,819, along with an 18% potential annual bonus.
