Position Overview

As the Technology Executive Officer at MediVera Compounding Pharmacy, you will be a key figure in shaping our technological landscape. Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute a detailed technology strategy that aligns with the company's goals, ensuring scalability and operational effectiveness while demonstrating respect for all stakeholders.
  • Lead initiatives focused on automation and integration to boost operational productivity and streamline workflows, fostering a culture of innovation.
  • Manage the technology budget effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost-efficient solutions while striving for financial responsibility.
  • Oversee the design and deployment of robust technical infrastructures, ensuring they meet business requirements and adhere to industry standards.
  • Establish and maintain reliable technology operations, including systems infrastructure, network management, data governance, and security measures to ensure high performance and data integrity.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Extensive experience (10+ years) in a senior technology leadership position, ideally within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector, showcasing expertise and leadership.
  • In-depth understanding of compounding pharmacy operations and compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing technology strategies that drive business growth and operational efficiency, achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Expertise in automation, integration, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure management, maintaining high standards of technological excellence.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, with a talent for influencing and collaborating effectively across all organizational levels, fostering a respectful and communicative environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline; advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, PMP) are preferred, reflecting a commitment to professional growth.
  • Strong communication skills, ensuring clarity and transparency in all interactions, embodying positive team spirit.
