Job Title: Evening Guest Services Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Evening Guest Services Lead to join our team at Seabrook Hospitality. As the manager on duty during the late-evening shift, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional guest services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform night audit procedures, including running end-of-day processes and generating audit reports.
  • Perform a combination of tasks to uphold customer service and certain administrative tasks.
  • Identify and address operational issues and inefficiencies.
  • Ensure the safety and security of guests by assisting the safety team in responding to emergencies.
  • Act as the manager on duty, overseeing hotel operations during the overnight shift.
  • Respond to maintenance emergencies and troubleshoot minor repairs.
  • Coordinate with the maintenance team for larger repairs and projects.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and security policies and regulations.
  • Handle guest requests and concerns, directing other employees or departments accordingly.
  • Prepare and distribute daily reports to management.
  • Conduct end-of-day reconciliations and ensure financial data integrity.
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or relevant experience.
  • 1-3 years experience in hospitality, property management or like experience and a demonstrated ability to perform the essential job functions preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
  • Must be willing to work between 3:00 PM and 1:00 AM.
  • All candidates must pass a background check prior to employment.
