Job Summary

Seabrook Hospitality is seeking a skilled Merchant Liaison to foster strong relationships with our town merchants. This part-time role involves identifying new opportunities, overseeing retail tenant recruitment, and maintaining regular communication with existing merchants. The ideal candidate will be familiar with Seabrook's existing leases and work closely with the in-house legal team to ensure all tenants are up-to-date with their contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Seabrook Management to identify, select, and negotiate new store opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain regular communication with all existing tenants through in-person meetings.
  • Work with the legal and insurance teams to update leases and ensure they align with the company's evolving business needs.
  • Assist in the recruitment of highly skilled merchants and negotiate Letters of Intent and Lease Agreements.
  • Monitor tenant compliance with contracts, billing, and insurance requirements.
  • Assist with rent collection and expense payments.
  • Conduct regular property and use inspections.
  • Address merchant requests and operational issues.
  • Ensure adherence to Seabrook's brand and service standards.
  • Monitor guest survey data and resolve merchant-related issues.
  • Maintain consistency in merchant hours of operation.
  • Inform merchants of occupancy trends and customer service matters.
