About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Community Associate to join our team at Regus Management Group, LLC. As a Community Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and maintain the center's administrative and operational tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized support.
  • Collaborate with the Community Manager to plan and execute networking events, promotions, and other initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing, payment processing, and other financial tasks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Community Manager or other senior team members.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other basic IT equipment.
  • Legally eligible to work in the country and at least 18 years old.
