Job Overview

Russell Tobin & Associates is seeking a skilled Communications Project Manager to join our team in the Technology industry.


As a Communications Project Manager, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to manage communication materials and ensure alignment across teams. This role will help alleviate capacity limitations and bottlenecks, enabling strategic communication efforts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement communication strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Coordinate with various teams to monitor projects, document plans, and adjust as needed.
  • Create and manage communication materials, including WBR updates, All Teams presentations, newsletters, and team wiki content.
  • Act as a liaison between the senior communication manager and other teams, addressing operational issues and gathering information.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations based on gathered data.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Communications and Project Management, with a focus on operational execution.
  • Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
