About the Role

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Manager at Gamma. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office space.

Responsibilities
  • Office Maintenance: Restock the fridge and snack areas, place orders for office supplies and coordinate delivery, and ensure the office is clean and tidy.
  • Facilities Management: Coordinate with facilities personnel to ensure trash is taken out daily, break down boxes for recycling, and take out excess trash as needed.
  • Event Planning: Assist with coordinating events in our space, including setup and cleanup.
  • General Assistance: Provide administrative support to the team, including tasks such as re-arranging furniture, watering plants, and coordinating snack and beverage requests.
Requirements

We're looking for a motivated and flexible individual who is able to think on their feet and work well in a fast-paced environment. If you have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for making our office space a welcoming and well-oiled machine, we'd love to hear from you.

Compensation: $30-$35/hour, depending on experience.

Hours: Roughly 8:30am to 5:30pm M-F, with some flexibility to accommodate the needs of the team.
