- Strong technical skills and computer savvy with excellent troubleshooting abilities.
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on finding the root cause of issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to help and train others.
- Organized and focused with a willingness to adapt and change as the company grows.
- Fluent in English reading, writing, and speaking.
- Types at least 45 words per minute.
- Previous experience working in a SaaS company doing tech support, help desk, or IT is a major plus.
