Americas Transformation & Change Leadership

As a key component of the Transformation & Change Delivery (TCD) framework, the Transformation & Change team (T&C) at AXA XL is dedicated to steering the execution of strategic initiatives. From the initial planning stages through to delivery, T&C guarantees that transformation and change are not just concepts but operational realities that yield tangible benefits.

T&C also spearheads AXA XL's center of excellence for methodologies, establishing best practices across both traditional and agile frameworks. This includes the development of training programs, coaching services, and the management of communities of practice.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Managing personnel effectively
  • Building teams and enhancing skills
  • Overseeing programs and ensuring quality
  • Engaging with stakeholders
  • Managing external resources
Beyond management responsibilities, the Team Lead will also oversee the delivery of programs and initiatives, from inception to post-delivery:
  • Recruiting and onboarding essential stakeholders
  • Selecting appropriate methodologies
  • Establishing organization and governance
  • Maintaining documentation
  • Managing scope, budget, quality, and planning
  • Facilitating change management
  • Transitioning to business-as-usual (BAU)
  • Driving continuous improvement
The Team Lead will play a pivotal role in enhancing T&C's function as AXA XL's center of excellence for methodologies and skill enhancement initiatives.
