Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled recruiter to become a vital part of our dynamic Talent Management Team, which is expanding in alignment with our strategic talent objectives and ongoing business success.

The selected candidate will collaborate closely with the HR Manager to identify, attract, and onboard exceptional talent to support our growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Engage fully in the recruitment lifecycle by sourcing candidates through diverse channels.
2. Collaborate with various departments to achieve talent acquisition targets.
3. Take ownership of the entire talent acquisition process.
4. Review and screen incoming resumes from multiple sources.
5. Organize and participate in recruitment meetings and interviews.
6. Maintain and update internal recruitment systems.
7. Advertise job openings through established channels.
8. Coordinate with external recruitment agencies.
9. Propose and implement innovative ideas to enhance recruitment strategies.
10. Drive initiatives to improve candidate attraction and selection processes.
11. Ensure completion of tasks, regardless of working hours.
12. Advocate for the 'Human Element' within Evolution Americas.

Qualifications

- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in additional EU languages is a plus.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment or related fields.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Familiarity with social media and innovative recruitment techniques.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
