**Job Title:** Senior Sales Director

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Director to lead our sales and marketing efforts at Stewart-Amos Equipment Co. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, particularly within the construction, mining, and aggregate industries, with a proven track record in selling Ground Engaging Tools (GET).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership & Management:
    • Lead, mentor, and manage a growing team of Territory Managers, ensuring they meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Drive sales across our core product lines and services, with a particular emphasis on Ground Engaging Tools (GET).
    • Expand the sales team by recruiting, training, and developing top talent to support company growth.
  • Marketing Oversight:
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with our sales objectives and enhance our market presence.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and digital content.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, adjusting marketing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Engage with key clients and potential customers, building and maintaining strong relationships.
    • Administer and oversee sales contracts, ensuring accurate documentation and execution.
    • Maintain ownership of customer records, ensuring data integrity within our CRM, ERP, and other relevant systems.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution:
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute sales plans that align with our long-term business goals.
    • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling across our diverse product and service offerings.
    • Oversee the creation and execution of marketing plans that support sales initiatives, product launches, and service expansions.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly within the quarry, mining, or construction industries.
    • Extensive experience in selling Ground Engaging Tools (GET) and related products is essential.
    • Experience in managing and leading a sales team, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive a sales team.
    • Strategic thinking with the ability to integrate sales and marketing efforts to drive growth.
    • Proficiency in CRM, ERP, and marketing automation tools, with strong analytical skills.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Valid PA driver's license and the ability to pass a DoT medical examination annually.
    • Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
    • Physical ability to lift 50 lbs. unassisted.
